Vice type GM.75 – PIG.83
The singular structure of these vices in spheroidal cast iron with breakage strain of 50/55 Kgs.mm2 with 7% lengtheining. The characteristics of the material used are boasted by a particular treatment that gives it a hight standard of toughness and resistance to wear. Ground in all their parts they guarantee maximum precision.
For our vices with mechanical closure type GM.75 – 100- 120 – 150 – 200 it is also
foreseen an oil-pneumatic closure.
Through a hydraulic cylinder set in the screw and an air-oil pressure multiplier a safe blocking operation is possible without stress by the operator.
The set of sattle happens by means of the screw rotation through the winch.
For blocking the piece act on the lever put on the air-oil multiplier 6 mm Oleopneumatic stroke. Blocking power at 8 bar Kgs. 1900 (by type 100 and 120) – Kgs. 3500 (by type 150) – Kgs. 5500 (by type 200).
