Ground in all parts they guarantee maximum precision. an oil-hydraulic closing device is supplied for ac vice models 100-125-150-200: these are the pia 83 type vices.
Constant, safe locking without tiring the operator is assured by the cylinder fitted on the screw and an air-oil pressure multiplier. the trolley is positioned by rotating the screw with a crank. to lock the piece, one uses the air-oil multiplier valve. oil-hydraulic stroke: 6 mm. locking force at 8 bar for models 100-125: 1900 kg/f; for model 150: 3500 kg/p; for model 200: 5500 kg/p.
