The vices are built for the mechanical sector at the service of numerically controlled machine tools and machining centers, in order to guarantee effective and safe locking systems but above all of great use and help for the operator.
To meet these and other needs of mechanical production companies we have created various products with different locking systems including oleopenumatic locking which aims to simplify the operator’s activity while assembling the product to be processed on the machine tool or on the work center.
The locking function is activated by means of a cylinder inserted in the screw and an air-oil pressure multiplier which activates a constant and safe locking without operator fatigue. The carriage is positioned by rotating the screw with the special crank. It will then be sufficient, to lock the piece, to trigger the valve of the air-oil multiplier.
